
About the Founder

Kevin William Frisz
Founder and Portfolio Manager

Gramercy Private is owned and managed by founder, Kevin William Frisz.​
​
Before Gramercy Private, Kevin spent more than ten years at MSD Capital, the multi-strategy family office for Michael Dell, founder of Dell Technologies. While there, Kevin co-managed a multi-billion investment fund focused on public equity investing, working directly for the founders.
​
Kevin started his career at Goldman Sachs & Co, in the Investment Research department, where he helped provide sell-side investment advice for clients of the firm. Later at Goldman Sachs, he served in the Investment Banking Department, assisting in the M&A advisory division.
​
Kevin received his MBA with honors from Columbia University. Originally from Cincinnati, he graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in accounting, summa cum laude with distinction. Kevin received the Max Fisher Award for the top senior in the business college.
​
Outside of Gramercy Private, Kevin serves on the Board of Directors for The Food Bank For New York City, where he is Chairman of the Audit Committee. He is also a board member of Manhattan Community Board Five, representing the midtown Manhattan district, where he serves as chair of the Landmarks Committee.

Kevin lives in New York City with his wife and son.
